This policy is a placeholder written to describe our intended practice. It has not been reviewed by counsel and must be replaced with a lawyer-approved policy before Cortexia processes anyone's data in production.
What we collect
From this website: the information you type into the contact form, and basic aggregate analytics about which pages were visited. We do not use advertising trackers or sell any of it.
From the product: the operational data your organisation connects, which may include personal data about your employees, customers, and suppliers. Cortexia acts as a processor for that data, and your organisation remains the controller.
Why we process it
Website data is processed so that we can reply to you and understand which parts of the site are useful.
Product data is processed solely to deliver the service your organisation has contracted for: building the memory graph, applying policy, and executing the processes you have authorised.
Training
Your data is never used to train models shared with other customers. Any model improvement that draws on customer data happens within that customer's own boundary, and only where they have explicitly enabled it.
Where it lives
Product data is stored in the region selected by your organisation. Enterprise deployments may run entirely within your own cloud account or on-premise, in which case we hold no copy at all.
How long we keep it
Retention is configurable per data class, and personal data carries its own clock independent of operational usefulness. When a retention period ends the data is deleted rather than archived.
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU you have the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where we act as a processor, route these requests through the organisation that holds the relationship with you.

Sub-processors
We use a small number of infrastructure and model providers to deliver the service. The current list is available on request and customers are notified before it changes.
